When making a purchase, your financial information will be passed directly to a credit card processing company (Stripe). We will not hold any of your financial information. The credit card processing company does not use, share, retain or store this information for any purpose, other than to process your payment for the above purpose. Stripe’s terms can be found here.

Paintings and prints will be dispatched within 2 weeks of receiving the order. For all paintings and prints I will send you an email verifying dispatch. Paintings will come with a tracking link.

Cancellations and refunds

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds on commissioned paintings.

When you buy goods online, or over the phone, you have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to notify Nici Le Gear Art that you want to cancel.

Except on commissioned work which has been designed and painted with your input and agreement, as this is not saleable to anybody else. After you notify the business that you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. During this time, you are responsible for keeping the goods you bought safe and in good condition. The cost of return on the product is the responsibility of the buyer.

Nici Le Gear Art will refund you within 14 days of cancelling your order, it may hold this refund until you have returned the products in good condition and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damages

If a piece is damaged on receipt please send me photos immediately. I will do my best to rectify the issue. If I think it can be repaired then you will need to send it to me in it’s original packaging and I will return it to you after it is repaired. I will pay for postage in this case.
